All items are shipped with 48hrs of receiving the order, with the exception of holiday and weekend orders placed after 11am. Orders placed during these times will be shipped the following business day.
Tracking info will be provided once the order has shipped, which can be viewed and monitored online.
We do our best to satisfy every client that keeps our business running. If you are unhappy with your purchase or if damage has occured during transit, please email us with the order number order that was generated with your purchase which can be found in the confirmation email to initiate a return or replacement.
Before orders are fulfilled, they can be cancelled for a full refund before shipment. Once the order has shipped, cancellation will have to take place once you've received and the items and initiate a return.
We understand that even in the most prestige communities theft can still occur. For property loss due to theft, please reach out to our support team with your order number. If the items can be replaced, a new order will be generated with a new tracking number. If the second order has failed, the support team will work to issue a resolution/ refund of the purchase order.

If any of these have occured within the first 6 months of purchase a claim can be submitted for evaluation.
Submitting a Claim
To assist you with filing a claim, you will need to email photos along with the description of damage. Using the subject box, type the warranty number you were issued with your purchase. If you have lost or no longer have your warranty number, use your first and last name with the order number found in the confirmation email of your purchase and invoice -or- a two-three word description of the damage in the subject text box.
For example:
Jane Doe/ Order # 1122
Jane Doe/ Broken Post
Please note the name has to match the purchaser's name for the online order. Using an emailed prepaid shipping label, you will be asked to return the unit for repair -or- you will be issued a new jewelry unit of similar design. Once the unit has been received, we will confirm what the next steps are including production time and shipping.
Note:
If it is determined that a new pair should be issued, depending on availability, production time is 7-10 days after receiving the defective unit.
